These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations between the seller and any natural person making a purchase via the lacob.fr site


3. Products

  • The items offered are artisanal creations (outdoor pottery, table ceramics, micro-crochet earrings, hats, etc.).

  • Each piece is handcrafted, which may cause slight variations from photos.

  • Personalized or custom-made products are clearly indicated as such when ordering.

4. Price

  • Les prix sont indiqués en euros, hors taxes (HT), TVA non applicable, art. L. 223-3 du CIBS concernant les petites entreprises et micro-entrepreneurs assujettis à la franchise en base de TVA.

  • Les frais de livraison sont précisés avant la validation de la commande.

5. Order

  • Validation of the order entails acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

  • The customer receives a confirmation email after validation of the payment.

  • The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a previous payment dispute.

6. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: credit card (via SumUP button), PayPal, and other solutions supported by WooCommerce.

  • Payment is secure and due immediately upon ordering.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery only in mainland France via La Poste, Mondial Relay and other carriers supported under WooCommerce.

  • Indicative deadlines: 4 to 10 working days.

  • Delays attributable to the carrier cannot engage the seller's liability.

8. Right of withdrawal

  • In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

  • Exceptions: this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).

  • The customer must inform the seller by email (ayleen.cob@gmail.com) before any return.

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned items in perfect condition.

  • Small variations in color or texture linked to artisanal manufacturing cannot be considered defects.
